This is a logo for a snowboard production company in Tahoe.
On the high res version you can see a sweet gecko scale texture on the pterodactyl shapes. I made this last night with my new mouse. No more dicking around with a broken Apple.
He's a chameleon.
Basic basic Illustrator and Photoshop. I have tons of homework to do but these little personal projects call to me. Font credit (although I butchered it) goes to Fabian Vera.
I wouldn't leave my kid with him. If I had kids. Thank god I don't have kids, for they would be the bad kids that trick other kids into doing bad things.
I wish I were better at using color.
I've been trying so goddamn long to make a three stripe font. I know it's not totally unique or original, but I can finally move on! Not sure if I'll finish the rest of the alphabet. Also, distressing is lame but it sure looks cool.
Clubs and dance parties are for social experts. I would, however, go to any place called the Radical Pterodactyl. That's dynamic.
My name is Paul E. Schultz, but some call me Chainsaw. I stumble around in the world of graphic design and enjoy a little copy writing too. I work part time at a company of my own making: Nefarious Vinyl. We make vinyl decals for windows, walls, signs and pretty much anything you'd want to stick a decal on. There is always a freelance copy/design job on my desk and three great animals at my side.
Showcased here are mostly digital doodles, some writing, and a vid or two. Out of sheer laziness I don't post everything. One day I'll rent a cabin in the mountains, bring a rifle, my laptop, and organize all the random files. I'll need a rifle first though.
