Perched atop a four story parking garage I shot this gal dancing at Oakland Art and Soul Festival 2007. It was hot and Chinese umbrella sales were high.
(This was before I learned how to use live trace without making it look amateur. One day I'll redo it, but really I'll never get to it.)
